brave, strong-willed, and loyal to a fault, hawkpaw is the epitome of what a thunderclan warrior should be... except for the fact that he isn't a warrior... yet. a string of bad luck has plagued this young cat ever since his birth, starting with the death of his parents before his eyes ever opened and leading up to the death of his fifth mentor by greencough. his only constants are the few friends he's made, and his two overprotective elder brothers, thunderstorm and tigerfang. at thirteen moons, hawkpaw is more than ready to become a warrior, but without a steady mentor he knows this dream is out of reach, and he fears he is losing the respect and friendship of his clan with each mentor that he goes through. he wants to be the best he can be for his clan and bring honor to his clan... and he's ready to do whatever he must to achieve that, even if it means participating in the warrior games against his brothers' wishes.
