The first mistake a cat makes when they first meet her would be this: they mistake her to be weak and vulnerable because of her size. They never consider that perhaps she could be haughty and stubborn - which she is. Sandyflower is like a rubix cube. She has many sides to her personality, but one thing is undeniable - she's complicated. So very, very complicated. Sandyflower is known to be stubborn, difficult and at times overbearing. The fact that so many underestimated her and teased her because of her size resulted in a challenging personality. She is condescending at times, and perhaps isn't the best company. However, she does have her good days and her bad days. Her good days usually occur when the clans are at peace and when her belly is full - due to the tension with RiverClan, she hasn't had that many good days lately.

Despite her condescending ways, she's a loyal WindClan warrior. Not a cat in her clan doubts that she wouldn't give her life willingly to protect her clanmates from harm. Even though she is small, she has proved herself very capable of fending other warriors away from her clanmates. Like any other cat, she has her good and bad traits. As stated previously, her bad traits mainly consist of her undeniable stubbornness and her condescending ways. However, her good traits would include her constant thirst for adventure. She's not as serious as the other cats in her clan, but she's not ridiculously immature either. Sandyflower knows when to speak and when to stay quiet. Besides her haughtiness, she is also known for her undeniable wittiness.

She has bit of a sharp tongue, and she is capable of conjuring up witty comebacks to any cat who challenges her. Not only does she use that cleverness for shooting back insults, but she also uses it to her advantage during battle and/or hunting. Ever since a young kit, she knew she was different - and sometimes being different isn't necessarily a bad thing. At least, that's what she keeps telling herself to avoid insecurity. As a kit, she was quite calm but she was also always watched by her mother because of her tiny size. For six moons of her life, perhaps even twelve, she had been watched over carefully because they all assumed she was as delicate as a flower due to her size.

When she finally realized that, she vowed to herself that she would train harder than any other apprentice to grow into a big, strong warrior. Unfortunately, the big part didn't work out in her favor but there's no denying the fact that she's strong - physically and emotionally. Of course, she hasn't witnessed many tragedies in her life (if you don't count the loss of the WindClan deputy) so she hasn't had a chance to test out that emotional strength but when the time comes, she'll be ready. She is, to sum it up, quite difficult. However hard she may be to get along with, nothing will change how she feels about her clanmates. And at the end of the day all that will matter will be her loyalty and devotion to her Clan.
